Jay-Lynn: Yup! Medication and copies of prescriptions, a communication card, and paper and pen.  And your wheelchair.

Linda:  Do you have my important papers?

Jay-Lynn: They're right here.  Your ID, insurance cards, special instructions, emergency and medical information.

Linda:  I'm good to go!  I'M READY!
